We’ve gathered answers to the questions we receive most often about our desserts, shipping, storage, and infused treats.

We currently ship nationwide, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
All non-infused orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

For infused products, an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery to comply with regulations. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the package.

We’ll email you tracking information once your order has shipped so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Each item is individually sealed for freshness and carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
During warmer months, temperature-sensitive items (like frosted cupcakes or infused chocolates) may include cold packs or insulation to maintain quality.

Our packaging is designed to be both eco-friendly and secure, ensuring your sweets arrive in perfect condition.

Yes — all infused products sold by Eugena’s Confections comply with federal and state laws governing hemp-derived cannabinoids.
Our products are made using lab-tested, hemp-derived THC, CBD, or Delta-8, and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

However, infused products are only available to customers 21 and older and may not be shipped to certain restricted states.
At checkout, our system will automatically block purchases from regions where these products are not permitted.

All of our infused treats are lab-tested for purity, potency, and consistency.
Each batch is clearly labeled with its cannabinoid content, dosage per serving, and safety information.

We recommend starting with a low dose (2.5–5 mg THC or equivalent) if you are new to edibles.
Always wait at least 60–90 minutes before consuming more, as effects can take time to appear.

For best freshness:

  • Cookies and brownies: Store in a cool, dry place for up to 5 days, or refrigerate to extend shelf life.

  • Cupcakes: Keep refrigerated; enjoy within 3 days for peak flavor.

  • Infused items: Store in their original packaging, out of direct sunlight, and securely away from children and pets.

You can also freeze most desserts for up to 30 days — just let them thaw at room temperature before enjoying.

Many of our baked goods contain common allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts.
We do our best to clearly label all ingredients on each product page and package.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, all items are made in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free.

If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing an order — we’ll help you find the safest option.

Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@eugenasconfections.com
with your order number and photos.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

We currently do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier variability, but you can request a preferred arrival date during checkout.
We’ll do our best to ship accordingly so your treats arrive on time for your event or celebration.
